摘    要:观察三维超声心动图测定机械瓣瓣口面积的可行性。方法11例机械瓣置换病例,用任意 切面(anyplane)3DE测定机械瓣瓣口有效面积,将测定值与多普勒超声心动图(DE)测定的有效瓣口面积(包括实测值和文献报道测值)及生产厂商提供的离体瓣口面积比较。

Abstract:Objective To determine the feasibility of three-dimensional echocardiography(3DE)in assessment of mechanical prosthetic valve areas.Methods Eleven patients with mechanical prosthetic valve replacement were included into the study.The effective orifice areas(EoA)of mechanical prosthetic valve were assessedby anyplane mode of 3DE and compared with EOA deriverd by Doppler echocardiography(DE,which included real measurement and published literature)and provided by manufactures.Results There wet-e no significant difference between the EOA assessed by 3DE(2.73±0.88)cm2]and deftved from DEreal measurement=(2.45±0.77)tin2,published literature=(2.85±0.96)cm2](all P>0.05).A good corrdation was observed between the EOA assessed by 3DE and derived from DE(r=0.755 and 0.919.all P0.05). Conclusions According to primary experiences,3DE planimetry in replacement mitral valves is feasible and in aortic prosthetic need more study because of less case mumber.The difference between actual orifice area provided by manufactures and EOA measured in vivo by echocardiography are probably due to muhiple factors.
