摘    要:通过70t电弧炉炼钢工艺操作的改进,在氧气消耗和冶炼周期不变的中,使电耗由345kWh/t降至328kWh/t,铁耗由1104kg/t降到1067kg/t。

Abstract:Based on the improvement of a 70 t EAF steelmaking process practice, with the same oxygen consumption and tap to tap time, the electric power consumption decreased from 345 kWh/t to 328 kWh/t and the scrap consumption reduced from 1 104 kg/t to 1 067 kg/t.
