| 摘 要： | 夜间酸突破(NAB)现象在抑酸治疗上消化道酸相关性疾病中有较高的发生率,其发生机制尚未完全明确,主要是夜间质子泵更新激活。目前的质子泵抑制剂(PPI)血浆半衰期短,仅对活化的质子泵产生抑制,夜间新生的质子泵,在PPI血药浓度下降后激活,逃逸PPI的作用;影响其产生的因素多,对其治疗目前仅有睡前加服H2受体拮抗剂能短期有效抑制NAB的发生,新型的质子泵抑制剂问世将会改变这一局面。
