瞬断瞬通测试技术

本文介绍瞬断瞬通测量技术的总体设计方法,给出系统组成及关键部件的设计思路,对瞬断测试模块、瞬通测试模块和自检模块的设计原理进行说明,给出采用该技术研制的测试设备所达到的一些具体指标。采用该技术研制的测试设备能测量并记录微秒级的瞬断、瞬通,对判断航空、航天系统及军用设备中接插件在动载条件下是否发生瞬断瞬通现象,以及记录其瞬间通断时间有着十分重要的意义。同时为瞬断瞬通测试设备的设计提供了一种新的思路。
