| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粘连性肠梗阻中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法回顾分析31例粘连性肠梗阻病例的非手术治疗。结果3l例经中西医结合治疗，28例2-3天痊愈，有效1例，2例转手术治疗。结论中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻保守治疗疗效好，值得临床推广应用；粘连性不全性肠梗阻非手术治疗成功率较高，而完全性肠梗阻或出现绞窄性肠梗阻时应积极手术，掌握保守治疗时机十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cure effect of the combination of TCM and WM on sticky intestinal obstruction. Method The clinical data of 31cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction in patients with non-surgical treatment were analyzed. Result In 31 of combination of TCM and WM, 28 cured after 2-3 days, 1 had effect, 2 was transferred to operation. Conclusion The combination of TCM and WM is better on sticky intestinal obstruction, worthy clinical promotion. The rate of success is high when using non-surgical treatment on incomplete intestinal obstruction, while complete intestinal obstruction need operation, hold the conservative therapytreatment time is very important. |
