巷道支护参数优化设计及数值模拟研究

摘    要:为解决煤矿巷道支护参数欠妥、限制快速掘进问题,进行了巷道支护参数优化设计,研究形成了一套以高强度、高刚度、高可靠性与低支护密度原则的创新支护体系,然后采用数值模拟软件,对原支护方案和优化后支护方案进行了分析对比。研究得出,新支护方案能够缓解巷道围岩应力集中,增大了锚杆间排距,减少了锚杆用量,降低了巷道支护成本,为提高巷道掘进速度创造了条件。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of inadequate supporting parameters of coal mine roadway and limit rapid excavation,the optimization design of roadway supporting parameters was carried out,and a set of innovative supporting system based on the principles of high strength,high rigidity,high reliability and low supporting density was formed.And then use numerical simulation software to analyze and compare the original supporting plan and the optimized supporting plan.The study concluded that the new supporting scheme could alleviate the stress concentration of the surrounding rock of the roadway,increase the spacing between bolts,reduce the amount of bolts,reduce the cost of roadway supporting and create conditions for increasing the speed of roadway driving.
