孟村煤矿井筒施工水害治理对策

摘    要:针对陕西省孟村矿井筒施工水害问题,分别从工作面探水、壁后注浆、注浆高度、注浆孔分布等方面设计注浆方案。通过2段施工的方法分别对主立井、副立井回风立实施工作面预注浆和壁后注浆处理。整个注浆治理工程总计持续1年,工作面预注浆后主立井量被成功控制在20 m3/h以内,施工效果显著。

Abstract:In view of the construction water hazard in the Mengcun Mine,Shaanxi Province,grouting schemes were designed from the aspects of water exploration at the working face,grouting behind the wall,grouting height and grouting hole distribution.Pre-grouting and post-wall grouting were applied to the main shaft and auxiliary shaft return air shafts through the two-stage construction method.The entire grouting treatment project lasted for one year in total.After the pre-grouting of the working face,the main shaft volume was successfully controlled within 20 m3/h,and the construction effect was remarkable.
