计量装置故障智能诊断技术的研究与应用

摘    要:随着电力市场化改革的逐步推进,计量装置发生故障问题日益凸显。传统的用户电能计量装置,现场人工巡查诊断分析因工作复杂且效率过低被淘汰;同时异常诊断需要专业的数据分析知识与长年的经验积累。针对提高计量装置故障诊断的效率问题,提出一种通过构建异常规则专家库,基于遗传算法优化参数实现计量系统在线异常分析和远程检测,极大地提升了电网计量故障诊断效率。

Abstract:With the gradual advancement of electricity market reform,the problem of failure of metering devices has become increasingly prominent.Traditional user electric energy metering devices,on-site manual inspection,diagnosis and analysis are eliminated due to complex work and low efficiency;meanwhile,abnormal diagnosis requires professional data analysis knowledge and years of experience accumulation.Aiming at the problem of improving the efficiency of fault diagnosis of metering devices,a method was proposed to realize online anomaly analysis and remote detection of metering systems by constructing an abnormal rule expert database and optimizing parameters based on genetic algorithms,which greatly improved the efficiency of power grid metering fault diagnosis.
