低温胁迫对蓝萼香茶菜幼苗保护酶系统的影响

摘    要:为探明低温胁迫条件下对蓝萼香茶菜幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性的影响 ,测定了 8d ,4℃低温胁迫下蓝萼香茶菜幼苗叶片的SOD和POD的活性变化 .结果表明 :低温胁迫后蓝萼香茶菜幼苗叶片的SOD和POD的活性呈上升趋势 ,胁迫植株的保护酶系统能够进行自身的调节以抵抗低温伤害 .

Abstract:To probe into the influences of low temperature stress on the activities of POD and SOD related to resistance to coldness in Isodon japonica (Burm f) Hara var glaucocalyx (Maxim) Hara seedlings.The changes of activities of POD and SOD were measured under 4℃ for eight days of low temperature stress.Before and after the treatment showed the changes of activities of POD and SOD in seedlings gradually increased with stress intensity.The defensive enzyme system can protect oneself from harm of low temperature.
