制药用水储存及分配系统设计

介绍制药用水的特点及相关理论基础知识,并结合GMP要求提出了具体解决办法;接着介绍了制药用水储存及分配系统的质量控制设计要点;提出了制药用水系统中的主要组成部分：储罐、储罐附件、输送泵、换热器、输送循环管路、使用点以及监控和控制系统的设计要求和做法。最后简要介绍了制药用水系统的消毒、灭菌和纠偏。

Design of Deposit and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Used Water

In this article, the feature of pharmaceutical used water and relevant fundamental theory were introduced. The method consistent with GMP requirements was presented. After the quality control design key point was introduced, the design requirements and methods for supervision and control system and for the main composition of pharmaceutical used water system, including storage tank, accessories, transportation pump, heat exchanger, transportation cycle pipeline, were proposed. Finally, the sterilization of pharmaceutical used water system was introduced.
