摘    要:目的调查分析职业性噪声对工人心血管系统的动态影响。方法以常州某农机厂150名接触噪声的作业男工为噪声组,以企业行政、后勤及不接触噪声男工125人为对照组。采用现场环境噪声测试和班前班后职业性健康检查等方法进行调查研究,比较其血压、心率、心电图的变化情况。结果噪声组班前班后动态收缩压改变差异有统计学意义(P0.05),噪声组与对照组班前收缩压、舒张压、心率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论噪声对作业工人的动态血压、脉率、心电图有一定影响,需进一步采取措施预防。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the dynamic effect of occupational noise on cardiovascular system of workers with exposure.Methods]Totally 150 male workers with noise exposure from an agricultural machinery plant in Changzhou City were selected as noise group,125 male workers without noise exposure from this enterprise’s administrative and logistical departments were recruited as control group.On-site noise test and occupational health examination before and after work were adopted to analyze the changes of blood pressure,heart rate and ECG.Results]Dynamics change in systolic blood pressure of noise group was significantly different before and after work (P0.05).The differences of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between noise group and control group were all significant before work(P0.01).Conclusion]Noise has a certain effect on ambulatory blood pressure,pulse rate and ECG,which needs to take preventive measures.
