| 摘 要： | 利用外环吹风技术,开发生产125 dtex/72 f十字形涤纶POY产品。通过优化熔体输送温度和纺丝温度、环吹风压力及纺丝速度,保证纺丝过程稳定,生产的POY产品物理指标合格,十字形丝截面异形效果好。

| Abstract: | 125 dtex/72 f cross PET POY was developed and produced by using external cyclic air blow technology.Through optimization the melt conveying temperature and spinning temperature,adjustment of the cyclic air blow pressure and spinning speed,steady spinning process was guaranteed.The physical indexes of the POY product was qualified.The profiled effects of the cross section yarn was better. |
