| 摘 要： | 确定合理的效能评估指标体系是对装备实现科学评估的关键环节。借鉴ADC模型,对舰载导航装备的可用性、可信性、导航能力的含义以及影响因素进行了深入的探讨与分析,并结合舰载武器装备作战对导航信息的需求,对基本ADC模型进行了适当的修正,从而建立了舰载导航装备综合效能评估指标体系。该指标体系较为客观地反映了舰载导航装备的综合效能,为进一步评估其效能并找到提高效能的措施提供了必要的依据。

| Abstract: | To determine the reasonable effectiveness index system is a key link to realize scientific evaluation for the equip-ments. By the aid of ADC model,the meaning and influencing factors of availability,dependability,navigation capacity of ship-borne navigation equipments were discussed and analyzed deeply in this paper. Combining with the demands of shipborne weapon equipments for navigation information,the basic ADC model was corrected properly and the effectiveness evaluation index system for shipborne navigation equipments was built. The index system can reflect comprehensive effectiveness of the shipborne naviga-tion equipments objectively. It provided a necessary foundation for further effectiveness evaluation and modification measures. |
