| 摘 要： | 通过对步进电机细分驱动原理的分析,合理选择细分电流波形,采用单片机及步进驱动模块,实现了等步距角等转矩的最佳步进恒流斩波细分驱动控制系统的设计,解决了步进电机低频振荡高频扭矩小的问题。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the subdivision driving principle of the stepping motor and rationally selecting the waveform of subdivision current as well as applying SCM and stepping driving formwork, the designing of the controlling system of optimizing stepping constant current chopper submission of the equal-step angle and torque was completed, and the problem of low torque caused by high frequecy and vibration caused by low frequency was solved. |
