摘    要:蜂胶是一种天然的活性物质,含有氨基酸类、维生素类、酶类、矿物质、黄酮类、多酚类等化学成分,具有多种生理、病理功能。目前,市场上蜂胶功能食品的种类很多,包括胶囊、口服液、口香糖和饮料等,但人们对蜂胶产品的消费还存在一些误区和不合理之处,有待于正确引导并提高他们的认识,蜂胶功能食品市场也有待于规范化。

Abstract:Propolis is one kind of natural active substance,the chemical ingredients mainly include amino acid, vitamin, enzymes, minerals, flavones and polyphenol, etc., and propolis has a number of medical function. Now, there are, many kinds of propolis function foods in market, including capsule, oral solution, chewing gum and beverage, etc., but the public have false beliefs about propolis products, need to be guided and developed truly. In addition, the market of propolis function food need to be managed truly too.
