| 摘 要： | 目的：为进一步提高早期乳腺癌的X线诊断水平。材料与方法：作者总结了经手术病理证实34例女性直径≤2em早期乳腺癌的X线表现。结果：18例表现为肿瘤结节，16例出现恶性钙化，8例局部结构紊乱，7例呈局灶性致密影，2例导管征，1例呈星芒征。结论：对上述各种X线表现的认识，在乳腺癌的早期诊断中有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To improve radiologic rate of early breast cancer.Materials and Methods:The authors collected the mammographic images of 34 cases with early breast cancer less than 2cm in diameter and confirmed by pathology.Results:Among 34 patients,18 cases showed knob,16 cases presented ciustered calcifications,8 cases occurred focal architecture distortion,7 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density,2 cases had single dilated duct,1 case had star sign.Conclusion:To recongnize the X-ray fingings of early infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast is valuable for diagnosis. |
