摘    要:目的优选参杞补气颗粒中枸杞子、香菇和刺五加最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验方法,对枸杞、香菇和刺五加提取工艺进行优选,以加水量,水煎时间和水煎次数为考察因素,采用紫外分光光度法测定总多糖含量并以此为考察指标,确定最佳提取条件。结果枸杞、香菇和刺五加提取最佳工艺为:加入工艺药材12倍水量,水煎3次,3 h/次。结论蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量快速、准确,正交试验优选的最佳提取工艺稳定,可为工业化生产提供参考。

Optimization extraction process of medlar,mushrooms and acanthopanax senticosus in ShenQi BuQi granule by orthogonal design

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extracting process of medlar, mushrooms and acanthopanax senticosus in ShenQi BuQi granule. Methods The orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the acanthopanax senticosus adopting quantity of water, extraction time and number trophotometric method for the determination of content of total polysaccharide as extraction process of medlar, mushrooms and of times as observe factors, as well as Spec- index by UV, determine the optimmn extraction conditions. Results The optimum extraction process of medlar, mushrooms and acanthopanax senticosus for ShenQi BuQi granule: adding 12 times water of technology for medicinal materials, extract 3 times, 3 h each time. Conclusion An- throne-sulfuric acid method to determine the content of polysaccharide is fast, accurate; Stability to optimize the extraction process of orthogonal test, to provide the reference for the industrialized production.
