基于HRP管理模式下医用耗材物流管理新思路的探索

为改善医用耗材物流管理不足的现状,降低医用耗材成本支出,形成每件医用耗材全生命周期可追溯的管理体系。我院基于HRP管理系统,通过统一材料建档标准、高值耗材单一条码管理、低值耗材与收费项目成本核算配对管理、借物与库存联动管理、院内外物流协同管理。该系统实现了医用耗材各使用环节、全生命周期覆盖、全流程追溯的精益管理模式,有效提升了我院医用耗材管理效益。

Exploration of New Ideas of Medical Consumables Logistics Management Based on HRP Management Mode

In order to improve the current situation of insufficient logistics management of medical consumables and reduce the cost of medical consumables,a management system was developed to trace the whole life cycle of each medical consumables.Based on the HRP management system,our hospital adopted the unified material filing standard,the single barcode management of high-value consumables,the matching management of low-value consumables and charging items,the linkage management of borrowing and inventory,and the collaborative management of internal and external logistics.This system has realized the lean management mode of medical consumables in each use link,the whole life cycle coverage and the whole process traceability,effectively improving the management benefit of medical consumables in our hospital.
