摘    要:提出了一种基于计算机视觉的胶帽印刷触点检测方法,该方法首先利用模板匹配法对印刷触点进行筛选,然后用触点的周长与面积之比对在第一步中被检为不合格的碳点进行二次检测,以避免误检。最后进行了检测实验,验证了本文所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:An inspection method of printed carbon point in a keyboard plastic cap was proposed based on computer vision. In the method, template matching was firstly carried out to screen out unqualified printed carbon points. Which were then inspected again using ratios of their perimeters and areas to avoid false results in the first inspection step. Inspection experiments were conducted with satisfied results that verified the practicability and feasibility of proposed method.
