| 摘 要： | 与社会实际生活中人们愈益重视法律文书的作用形成鲜明对比的是,我国法学本科教育中却不甚重视法律文书学的教学,以致在一定程度上影响了法学本科毕业生的就业率。导致法学教育界轻视法律文书学的根本原因,是没有认清法律文书学的课程价值。因此,要提高法律文书学在我国法学本科教育中的地位,首先必须明确其价值,其次还应借鉴国外法学教育中重视法律文书学教学的有关经验,并在此基础上采取相应的改善措施。

| Abstract: | Because the value of the course of Law Writing isn＇t seen clearly, it＇s status isn＇t attached importance to in our law education. So, if the status of the course in our law education will be raised, it＇s value must be made clear. Basing on this, the experiences that the cause is attached importmance to in external law education should be used for reference and some better measures should be adopted. |
