GSS椎弓根螺钉系统结合椎间融合器治疗重度腰椎滑脱

目的探讨GSS椎弓根螺钉系统结合椎间融合器治疗重度腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法对32例Ⅱ度以上腰椎滑脱患者采用后路GSS椎弓根螺钉系统结合椎间融合器治疗,比较手术前后症状改善情况,了解复位程度及骨性融合情况。结果 32例均获随访,时间6~42个月。30例患者临床表现完全消失或基本缓解,4~6个月后骨性融合;2例患者随访6个月时未完全骨性融合,仍遗有下肢疼痛及麻木,经对症治疗后症状减轻。32例患者复位程度达80%以上。结论应用GSS椎弓根螺钉系统结合椎间融合器可使滑脱腰椎获得有效复位和坚强固定,提高植骨融合率,患者可进行早期功能锻炼,临床疗效满意。

GSS pedicle screw system plus intervertebral fusion for treatment of high-grade lumbar spon-dylolisthesis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of applying GSS pedicle screw system with intervertebral fusion for treatment of high-grade lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods 32 cases with more than grade Ⅱspondylolis-thesis were treated by GSS pedicle screw system plus intervertebral fusion.Symptoms before and after operation,slip-page reset and bone graft fusion were evaluated.Results All cases were followed up for 6-42 months.30 cases got complete resolution of clinical manifestation or basic relieve,bone graft fusion after 4 to 6 months.2 patients were not entirely bony fusion after follow-up of 6 months,left lower limb pain and numb.The symptom was reduced after symp-tomatic treatment.The degree of reduction was more than 80%.Conclusions Operation treatment of high-grade lum-bar spondylolisthesis by applying GSS pedicle screw system with intervertebral fusion is clinically effective method, which can get effective reset and strong fixation,increase the rate of bone graft fusion,so early function exercise can be performed.
