| Abstract: | Six mixed-flow hydro-generating units of 700MW each are installed in the underground powerhouse of Xiaowan Hydropower Station. One draft-tube elbow consists of ten sections. The inlet port is round and the outlet port is long and round. This paper summarizes the fabricating and installing technique of the draft-tube elbow of Xiaowan Hydropower Station, emphatically discusses the key processes. |
