摘    要:升船机安全机构中,螺杆螺母组成的螺旋传动副是保证升船机安全性的前提,其自锁性能受螺旋升角、摩擦系数、载荷等多种因素影响。通过摩擦系数测定试验和等比例实物模型试验.对螺杆螺母安全机构自锁性能的可靠性进行了试验验证。

Abstract:The screw nut is the key of ship lift safety agency to guarantee the safety of ship lift structure. Self-locking performance of the screw nut is affected by the helix angle, friction coefficient, load and other factors. Through friction coefficient determination test and proportional physical model test, the self-locking performance reliability of the screw nut is verified by tests.
