摘    要:在UG软件建立液压挖掘机动臂钢结构的三维模型,并导入ANSYS软件中,根据动臂特点施加边界条件、载荷,进行了有限元计算。得出动臂在两种工况下应力应变等情况,为液压挖掘机优化设计和可靠性设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The 3D model of boom for hydraulic excavator is constructed in software UG,after system boundary condition constraints, loads are added in ANSYS software, the user can observe the stress-strain of the boom. The results can provide reliable reference for optimization and reliability design of hydraulic excavator.
