汽车发动机顶盖模具轻量化的结构分析

摘    要:本文基于ANSYS强大的求解器和前、后处理功能,并应用其参数化建模、结构分析和优化设计等模块功能对汽车发动机盖凹模的结构进行分析。通过分析揭示了冲压模具应力—应变和弹性变形的分布情况。本文根据静力分析结果对模具的一些筋板结构进行了尺寸优化以实现模具结构轻量化的目的,为模具的改进设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the powerful solver, pre and post processing from ANSYS, and application of the parametric modeling, structural analysis and optimal design of the module develop automobile hood of a female die structure optimization of research to get the stamping die stress-strain and elastic deformation of the distribution.
