| 摘 要： | 在通信网的设计和维护过程中，可靠性是一项重要的指标，日趋受到人们的重视。通信网络的可靠性评估是个难题，如何选择网络可靠性指标是解决问题的关键。论述了通信网抗毁性、生存性、有效性、完成性的指标殛其主要测度，并对战时军事通信网的可靠性指标进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Reliability is an important index in communication network design and maintainance.At present,this problem has been emphasized more and more.It is difficult to evaluate the reliability of communication network.How to choose the network reliability indexes is the key problem.The invulnerability,survivability,availability and performability of communication network are discussed.The reliability indexes,criteria and emphases of communication network are also discussed. |
