培训效果评估及其在企业的运用

摘    要:随着人力资源日益成为企业的第一生产力,其中的培训模块也越来越受到企业的重视.然而,如何对培训效果进行评估一直是企业最难解决的一个问题.柯克帕特里克模型是目前在国际上应用最为广泛的一个培训评估工具,该模型通过对培训对象在反映层、学习层、行为层和结果层的反馈进行培训评估,以确定培训项目运行的有效性.通过柯克帕特里克评估模型在某企业中的实际运用进行相应的探讨和研究后证明,该模型不失为一个较好的培训评估模型,但是在目前中国企业的运用中也具有一定的局限性.只有实现了对培训结果的有效测评,才能真正促使企业重视培训,并增加对培训的投入.

Abstract:When human resource becomes the first productive force,its training module is also becomes more and more important in the company.But evaluating the training effects are very difficult to measure.Kirkpatrick evaluating model is a wide using training evaluating tool in the world.Kirkpatrick evaluating model has four basic categories of training outcomes: reaction,learning,behavior and results.The using of Kirkpatrick evaluating model in the enterprise approves this model's effectiveness.Only by the effective evaluating we have made,will the enterprise attach importance to the training and increase its investment.
