| 摘 要： | 低质量指纹图像处理一直是自动指纹识别技术的研究重点，对低质量指纹图像的分割是图像增强、细化和特征提取的重要前提。在分析传统方法局限性的基础上，从指纹图像的灰度分布规律出发，提出了基于点方向图和灰度均衡的指纹图像分割算法。实验结果表明，相比于已有的指纹图像分割算法，该算法的分割效果更好，具有很强的噪声抑制能力。
