| 摘 要： | 转基因食品监管既关系到转基因食品产业的发展，也与消费者的权益保护息息相关。目前世界范围内转基因食品监管主要存在三种法律制度：美国、欧盟和日本的转基因食品监管制度。通过对美、欧、日转基因食品监管原则、监管主体、标识制度等的比较分析，了解三种制度存在差异的原因，从而得出启示：我国在转基因食品监管时也应立足我国利益保护，从我国传统文化和民众观念的实际出发，选择合适的监管模式，进行适度监管。
