基于模拟退火算法的HPGe γ能谱峰解析

摘    要:提出了基于模拟退火算法的HPGeγ能谱峰解析方法.采用高斯函数模型对同一152Eu放射源不同测量活时间的γ能谱中的独立峰以及双重峰进行了拟合分析,实测谱数据与模型数据之间的夹角余弦值介于0.996 88~0.999 68之间.全能峰峰面积与测量活时间呈线性关系,且线性相关系数均大于0.999 99,峰面积相对误差小于0.8%.研究表明,模拟退火算法是解析HPGeγ能谱峰的一种有效可行的全局优化算法.

Abstract:A method of analyzing HPGe γ spectra peaks based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm is introduced. The isolated peaks and double overlapping peaks in 15ZEu spectra of different collecting time were fitted with Gaussian function used as model function, the included angle cosine between ex- perimental data and model data is between 0. 996 88 and 0. 999 68. Relationship of fitted peak areas and collecting time is linear,and the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0. 999 99 ,the devia- tion of peak area is less than 0.8%. Results show that Simulated Annealing Algorithm is applicable to analyzing HPGe γ spectra for global optimization.
