| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是一种气道慢性过敏反应炎症性疾病,表现为反复发作性喘息、胸闷和咳嗽。近年来CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞在哮喘发病机制中的作用及其在哮喘治疗中的应用越来越受到人们的关注。现将CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞与哮喘的最新研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma (asthma ) is a chronic allergic airway inflammatory disease, manifested as recurrent wheezing, chest tightness and cough. In recent years the mechanism of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the pathogenesis of asthma and the use of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in asthma has caused wide public attentionof people. Here is a review of the latest research progress of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and asthma. |
