摘    要:研究了矿渣的细度、掺量对水泥砂浆的强度和流动性的影响。结果表明:矿渣细度较小时,抗压强度随着掺量的增加而下降。当细度变大,强度随着掺量增加而下降的趋势变缓。细度超过一定值后,强度随着掺量的增加呈现上升趋势。同时,细度、掺量对早期(3 d、7 d)强度和后期(28 d)强度的影响也有差别。细度低于 800 m 2 /kg 的矿渣对砂浆的流动性影响不大,但细度高于 800 m 2 /kg的超细矿渣能够显著降低用水量。试验结果为研究矿渣在高性能混凝土中的应用提供了依据。

Abstract:The influence of fineness and content of slag on the compressive strength and fluidity of cement mortar was studied. Result of laboratory investigations reveals that the compressive strength decreases as the increment of slag amount when fineness of slag is low. The higher the fineness is, the slower the trend will be. Until the fineness of slag reaches a certain level, the compressive strength increases with increasing slag amount. At the same time, fineness and content of slag also have different effect on the early strength (3 d and 7 d)and the later strength (28 d) of cement mortar. Water demand changes with the fineness of slag. Cement added with grounded slag of which fineness is lower than 800 m 2/kg has little effect on the fluidity of cement martar. On the other hand the use of ultra fine slag of which fineness is higher than 800 m 2/kg in the cement gives a particularly lowering of the water demand of cement mortar. This paper provides the application of slag for high performance concrete with reference.
