六元瓜环与[Zn(H2O)6]2+的超分子自组装结构

摘    要:利用X-射线衍射方法测定六元瓜环(Q6])与Zn(H2O)6]2 形成的超分子自组装结构。在该化合物结构中,每一个六元瓜环分子包结了一个1,4二氧六烷分子,与瓜环两端的锌水合离子形成一个分子胶囊结构,并通过锌离子上的配位水分子分别与相邻两瓜环端口的羰基氧原子通过氢键相互作用形成一维超分子链。

Abstract:A supramolecular assembly based on cucurbituril(Q6]) andZn(H2O)6]2 was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffractions.The crystal structure of this complex showed that a dioxane molecule was included in the cavity of Q6],and the transition metal ion Zn2 was coordinated six water molecules and located at the portals between two Q6] to form the molecular encapsulates.Through the hydrogen bonds formed with the coordinated water molecules with Zn cation and the portal carbonyl oxygen of the Q6],a one dimensional supramolecular chain of alternating octahedral and Q6] molecules was formed.
