| 摘 要： | 针对ZJ17型卷接机组设计上存在的一些不足之处进行了改进 ,主要包括 :①VE部分中改进了吸丝带轮表面花纹 ,增加了摩擦力 ;②SE中改进了烟支成形部分、吸尘罩及上胶喷嘴、纸盘架刹车臂以及刀盘进刀机构 ;③MAX中切纸轮改为剪切式、胶缸增加了挡胶装置 ;④电控系统改为PLC控制并采用了现场总线技术。改进后的ZJ型卷接机组生产能力提高到 80 0 0支 /min ,同时卷烟质量也有提高

| Abstract: | ZJ17 cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination was improved, including: 1)in VE, the surface pattern of suction band wheel was modified to increase friction; 2)in SE, the rod\|former, suction cowl, glue nozzle, bobbin frame braking arm and knife feed mechanism of cut\|off were improved; 3)in MAX, tipping paper cutting drum was changed from pressing\|cutting into shearing\|cutting and a glue\|retaining device was added in glue pot; 4)PLC control system and field bus technology were adopted in the electronic control system. The capacity of the improved machine combination increased to 8 000 cigarettes per minute. |
