| 摘 要： | 介绍了电弧传感的基本原理及旋转电弧传感器用于焊接接头跟踪的工作原理。针对焊缝跟踪对传感器的要求，研制了一种适用于焊接机器人的轻便、紧凑、高速旋转的电弧传感器。详细介绍了高速旋转电弧传感器的旋转驱动电路、位置检测电路以及焊接电流采样电路。实验证明所设计的电路抗干扰能力强，旋转速度稳定，测位脉冲可靠，焊接电流的采集线性度好。该电弧传感器已在焊接机器人焊缝跟踪控制系统中得到成功应用。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of arc sensor and the working principle of the rotating arc sensor used in seam tracking are introduced. For the demanding of sensor in seam tracking,a lightweight,compact,high speed rotating arc sensor is developed. The rotary driving circuit,position detecting circuit,and welding current sampling circuit of the high speed rotating arc sensor are introduced in detail. The experiments show that the rotating arc sensor have good characteristics of anti interference,the rotation velocity is stable,the position detection pulse is reliable,and the sampled welding current is good linear. The developed arc sensor has been applied successfully in the welding robot for seam tracking. |
