光纤Bragg光栅应力测量的研究

摘    要:提出一种温度补偿光纤光栅应力传感器,即将光纤布拉格光栅粘贴在应力分布不同的悬臂梁上.通过理论推导得出,光纤光栅反射波长的两个反射峰之间的距离与应力成线性关系,而不受温度变化影响.实验时,当所加砝码为70 g时,出现两个反射峰;继续增加到180 g,两个反射峰中心波长达到0.15 nm.对实验数据进行数据拟合,线性拟合度达到0.97,进一步证明了该方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:One kind of temperature compensation fiber grating stress sensor is proposed. FBCJ is stuck on a special-structured cantilever. Through the theory deducing, the distance of center wavelengths of two reflecting peaks is relative not to temperature change but load variety as linearity. In the experiment, two reflecting peaks appear as weights are 70 g. When weights are added to 180 g, the distance of two center wavelengths is 0. 15 nm. Carries on the data fitting to the experimental findings, and the linearity is up to 0.97, which indicates the feasibility and validity of this method.
