| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年高血压病 (EH)合并急性脑梗死 (ACI)患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素 (ET)的变化。方法 用放射免疫学方法测定 6 0例老年EH +ACI患者血浆CGRP和ET浓度 ,求出ET/CGRP比值 ,并与 31例正常老年人对照。结果 EH +ACI患者血浆ET浓度以及ET/CGRP比值较对照组明显增高(P <0 0 5 ) ;而CGRP浓度较对照组明显降低(P <0 0 5 )。结论 老年高血压病合并急性脑梗死时血浆CGRP浓度明显降低 ,而ET明显升高 ,且失去了CGRP和ET的正常平衡 ,这对高血压病合并急性脑梗死的防治可能具有重要意义

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the changes of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in the elderly patients with essential hypertension(EH) complicated with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Plasma concentrations of CGRP and ET in 60 cases complicated ACI were measured by radiommunoassay and compared with those of 31 healthy elderly persons. Results Plasms concentrations of ET and ET/CGRP ratio in patients with EH+ACI were significantly higher than those of controls ( P <0 05), and the plasma concentrations of CGRP were significantly lower ( P <0 05). Conclusion Plasma concentrations of CGRP was decreased and ET was increased in elderly patients with essenntial hypertension complicated with acute cerebral infarction. That the normal balance of ET and CGRP was impaired in EH+ACI. |
