直线发电机测试平台设计及数据采集系统

摘    要:直线发电机的往复运动形式具有一定的特殊性,传统的电机测试平台并不适用于直线发电机特性的测试,针对这一情况,文中介绍了一种直线发电机测试平台设计方案。平台采用模块化设计,包括伺服电机动力系统、传感器系统、数据采集卡和上位机程序四部分。伺服电机动力系统包括轨道导向、齿轮齿条传动和伺服电机及其控制器;传感器系统包括三相电压电流传感器、推力传感器、位置传感器;数据采集卡采用ALT-USB2811板卡;上位机程序采用C语言编写。通过各部分间的配合,平台能够驱动直线发电机,实现主要参数的采集、计算、显示和存储工作。该方案对直线发电机的测试有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The reciprocating motion of linear generator is a special form of motion. The traditional generator test platform is not suitable for the test of linear generator. For this situation, the design scheme of linear generator test platform is introduced. The platform adopts modular design, including servo motor system, sensor system, data acquisition card and PC program. The servo motor system includes track guide, rack, pinion and servo motor with its controller; the sensor system includes three-phase voltage and current sensor, thrust sensor and position sensor; the data acquisition card adopts ALT-USB2811; the PC program is write in C. Through the cooperation between the each parts, the platform can drive the linear generator to achieve the collection, calculation, display and storage of the main parameters. This program has certain reference value for the testing of linear generators.
