“煤改电”工程节能减排潜力分析方法研究

摘    要:以煤炭为主的化石能源的大量消耗导致了严重的环境问题,为减少燃煤污染,改善空气质量,我国北方许多城市开始推广"煤改电"工程。文中对我国北方地区"煤改电"工程的供电容量进行测算,以此作为依据计算"煤改电"工程的年替代电量。提出了一种基于年替代电量的"煤改电"工程年节约标准煤和年减排污染物潜力计算方法。根据2017年新疆"煤改电"工程规划进行实例分析,有助于今后"煤改电"工程的进一步推广和实施。

Abstract:The large consumption of coal-based fossil energy has led to serious environmental problems.In order to reduce coal-fired pollution and improve air quality,many cities in northern China have begun to promote the project of coal-to-electricity.Firstly,this paper calculates the power supply capacity of electric heating in northern China,and then,the annual replacement of electricity in the project of coal-to-electricity is calculated on this basis.Secondly,a calculation method of annual standard coal saving and pollutant emission reduction potential of coal-to-electricity project based on annual replacement of electricity is proposed.Finally,taking the coal-to-electricity project in Xinjiang in 2017 as an example,the validity of this method is verified,which is helpful to the further popularization and implementation of coal-to-electricity project in the future.
