| 摘 要： | 简述了金属零件生产、使用中产生的环境效应及其对零件失效的影响。剖析了应用天然气等介质进行热处理时的环境效应。此外还列举了一些环境效应引起零件失效的典型实例,指出认识和重视环境效应的重要性。

| Abstract: | The substance of environmental effect developing in production and service of metallic parts and its influence on part failure were briefly described. The environmental effect exhibiting during heat treatment with natural gas and other media were analyzed. Moreover, certain typical examples of part failure caused by the environmental effect are enumerated, and it is pointed that the environmental effect must be understood and paid great attention to. |
