摘    要:TC18钛合金是一种高强度、高合金化的α+β两相区合金1],通过对该合金棒材在同一热处理制度下进行固溶后,采用不同的温度进行时效处理,从而找出时效温度对该合金组织性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着时效温度的升高,显微组织中初生α相相应增加,强度按线性降低,塑性按线性升高,冲击韧性总体呈升高趋势,但在530℃至560℃时有突变。

Abstract:The paper highlighted TC18 Titanium alloy. Through solid solution with the same heat- treatment and subsequent aging treatment at different temperatures, the effects on TC18 microstructure were investigated. The results show that: with the rise of aging temperature, the primary α phase increased, the strength decreased and the ductility increased linearly; the overall trend in impact toughness was increasing; however, the mutation emerged from 530℃ to 560℃.
