摘    要:在论述了建立国土资源动态巡查系统必要性的基础上,提出了建立市一级国土资源动态巡查系统的总体目标,从总体技术架构、功能层次设计到系统关键技术给出了详细的国土资源动态巡查系统的解决方案。通过该系统的实现和应用,证实了利用GIS、GPS、移动通信技术建立国土资源动态巡查系统有极大的实际意义。

Abstract:The paper discusses the necessity of the establishment of land resources dynamic monitoring system. It puts forward to build city level land resources dynamic monitoring system's overall goal and it describes in detail the land resources dynamic monitoring system solutions from the overall technical framework, function design to the key technology of the system. Through the implementation of the system and its application, this system is verified by the use of GIS, GPS, mobile communication technology to build land resource dynamic monitoring system has a great practical significance.
