| Abstract: | With introduction of “The Law of the People ’ s Republic of China on Work Safety” and“The Administrative Regulations on Work Safety of Construction Projects”, the necessity , difficulties and key issues of the “two duties in one position” policy for field supervision engineers in work safety management in the construction of hydropower projects is discussed . |
