| 摘 要： | 针对物料分拣系统的控制要求,采用西门子S7-200PLC、变频器和人机界面实现物料分拣系统的全自动监控。经过对物料分拣系统的实验测试,证明该系统具有很高的稳定性和实时性,能够满足监控系统的要求。

| Abstract: | A design of the material sorting system was presented in this paper, which based on S7-200PLC, Inverter and HMI. The laboratory test indicates that this material sorting system can satisfy the requirement of the control system and it is stable and reliable. |
