有机硅改性水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯杂化胶乳的制备及其在涂料印花中的应用

摘    要:为提高涂料印花织物的手感、耐摩擦色牢度等性能,通过细乳液共聚将二端羟丁基聚二甲基硅烷(PDMS)作为聚氨酯(PU)的软段制得有机硅改性水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(Si–PUA)杂化胶乳,并应用于涤纶织物涂料印花。考察了PDMS质量分数对杂化胶膜耐水性、热力学性能及对印花织物表观色深、耐摩擦色牢度和硬挺度的影响。结果表明:与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)相比,Si–PUA杂化胶膜的耐水性和柔性得到提升;当PDMS质量分数为20%时,杂化胶膜的水接触角较PUA胶膜增长了56.5%,–55 ℃时的储能模量降低了45.5%;将Si–PUA杂化胶乳用于涤纶织物涂料印花,具有更佳的色深性和耐磨性,其手感柔软度接近于原涤纶织物,具有良好的服用性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the hand feeling, rubbing fastness and other performance of printed fabrics, dihydroxybutyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was used as the soft segment of polyurethane (PU) to prepare polydimethylsiloxane modified waterborne polyurethane acrylate (Si–PUA) hybrid latexes via miniemulsion polymerization for applications in pigment printing of polyester fabrics. The effects of PDMS mass fraction on water resistance and thermodynamic properties of the hybrid latex films, as well as the dye depth value, dry and wet rubbing fastness and stiffness of the printed fabric were investigated. The results showed that,compared with polyurethane acrylate (PUA), the water resistance and flexibility of the Si–PUA hybrid latex films are improved. When the mass fraction of PDMS was 20%, the water contact angle of Si–PUA hybrid latex film increased by 56.5%, the storage modulus of Si–PUA hybrid film at –55 ℃ decreased by 45.5%. Moreover, when the prepared Si–PUA latex was used in the pigment printing for polyester fabric, the printed fabric had better color depth and rubbing fastness, as well as the softness close to the bare polyester fabric, which exhibited good wearability.
