摘    要:轴承行业普通的盐浴贝氏体淬火产线在运行过程中热量大量散失,工作环境恶劣。针对这种情况,在盐浴贝氏体淬火产线中增设了热风回收装置,利用余热对工件进行清洗和干燥,有效减少了淬火过程中的热量损失,降低了生产线的热负荷,与传统的盐浴贝氏体淬火生产线相比,节能15%以上。

Abstract:Heat produced in conventional salt bath bainite quenching production line for bearing industry in operation is considerably dissipated, thus worsening the working ground. In view of this situation, a device recovering hot air was added to the salt bath bainite quenching production line to utilize the waste heat cleaning and drying the workpiece and, therefore, the heat loss during the quenching was effectively decreased, the hot load of the production line was reduced, and the energy consumption reduced by 15% or more compared with traditional salt bath bainite quenching production line.
