| Abstract: | The forming process of a bracket in a wire connecting pedestal was presented. A seven-position progressive die was developed in which automatic feeding was used in initial locating, pilot pin was used in exact positioning, float stock guide pin was used in leading materials, the blanking and bending of the part were carried out continuously and finally the finished product was cut off. |
