Design and Implementation of Network Bidding and Tendering Simulation System for Electric Corporation

The bidding and tendering of electric projects is an important part in electric project construction,covering a wide range,and with high degree of specialty,practicability and workability,and thus has a certain degree of difficulty in teaching.A network environment based on bidding and tendering simulation system for electric corporation used for actual teaching is introduced,including such modules as bidding,tendering,evaluation of tenders,awarding contract,providing a simulation drilling flat of the whole bidding and tendering process through Internet.The implementation of the system strengthens the training capabilities of the students,and also has certain actual significance to network bidding and tendering of electric corporation,which is not yet perfect and mature.
