| 摘 要： | 21世纪初,动物育种已迈入分子水平,朝着快速改变动物基因型的方向发展.本文在总结作者近年来对牦牛各种分子遗传标记研究成果的基础上,分析了RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、微卫星DNA、m tDNA等分子遗传标记在牦牛遗传育种研究中的应用以及牦牛功能基因的研究现状,进而探讨了牦牛分子育种的理论和实践,以便为今后在牦牛生产中进一步地开展分子育种提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 21st century,the animal breeding which had stepped into the molecular level began to change the animal's genotype.In this paper,the research situation on the various kinds of molecular markers(RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,VNTR,mtDNA etc) and the functional gene of yak has done with systematic argumentation and analysis.Besides,the theory and practice on yak molecular breeding are discussed in order to offer a theory to future yak production. |
