| 摘 要： | 通过对素质教育的涵义、学校体育与素质教育的关系以及素质教育与应试教育问题的反思及其对策等方面的探讨，揭示了素质教育的实质就是发展学生的个性。全面提高学生的综合能力和基本素质，为社会主义建设事业造就合格的人才。学校体育是学校教育的一个重要组成部分，其教育的特殊性决定了它对未来人才的培养有着其他学：件不可替代的作用。面对未来，学校体育必须重新认识自身的特点和价值，以适应21世纪教育改革的需要。

| Abstract: | The implication of quality education as well as the relation between school sports and quality education is explored in this study.The authors reveal that the essence of quality education is to develop student personality and improve their comprehensive capacity and elementary quality completely.School sports are an important part of school education.It will influence the talent training in future uniquely.The value and feature of school sports must be reconsidered to adapt to the need of the education reform in the 21th century. |
